Here’s one of the last sketches I did with Gorilla Gorilla, my former sketch team at the UCB Theatre, entitled “Drunk Dad.”

Starring Ben Ramaeka, Tim Dunn, Fran Gillespie, Davram Stiefler, Dan Bookbinder (and featuring appearances from Alison Bennett, Matt Moskovciak and Owen Parsons) and directed by Jodi Lennon.

Here’s a video of the coolest thing I ever did.

At last year’s WFMU Marathon, just a few days after I had my retinal reattachment surgery, Tom Scharpling asked me if I knew how to play acoustic guitar for his big show closer song. I told him I did.

So, here now is a video of me playing guitar as Tom Scharpling, John Hodgman and Patton Oswalt perform Donovan’s “Atlantis.” Please enjoy.

(The original video was found on YouTube and was taken by fellow “Friend of Tom” scratchbomb. I added the annoying annotations.)

Vag Magazine Episode 1, “Fumbling Toward Ecstasy”

Vag Magazine founders Sylvie, Fennel, and Bethany lay out their editorial vision for Vag shortly after buying out fashion magazine Gemma with the proceeds from their Etsy shop. Staffers Heavy Flo and Reba are on board, but lone Gemma holdover Meghan is skeptical.

Above is a video made by some very funny folks at the UCB that I helped out with by doing some charming graphic design. In this particular episode, you can see a fake Etsy listing and in upcoming ones, some pretty sweet looking magazine covers. I was so excited when they asked me to participate and I’m proud of the work, just as I’m sure everyone else who has worked on the project is as well.

Please enjoy.

Who Is Mayor Bloomberg Really Fighting For?

A video that was written by the lovely Alison Bennett that we stayed up until 2AM making and giggling at has been posted by New York Magazine’s website.

WARNING: This video deals with politics and things that are not hamsters.

Dad Who is a Ghost

These two sketches I wrote appeared in GORILLA GORILLA’s show. They are easily two of my favorite things I’ve written.

Dad Who is a Ghost Part One:

Dad Who is a Ghost Part Two

They star Davram Steifler as the dad, Timothy Dunn as Stevie and Jennifer Bartels as the girlfriend.

Don’t miss the next hilarious show, July 6th at the UCB Theatre. Reservations can be made here.

Green Moment - Recycling

The Earth is literally dying. Find out what you could do to help with this video. Also, the eighties.

I have no idea why I made this either.
